This website is an evolving archive and curated collection exploring the multifaceted portrayal of femininity in Bollywood. The first article I visualized was “What Madhuri Did Next?” by Raja Sen, which explores the evolution of Madhuri Dixit's career—her transition from a leading Bollywood star to taking on more radical, unconventional roles. I wanted the website to evoke the aesthetic of 2000s Bollywood websites and magazines, capturing their vibrant, immersive nature. With minimal navigation instructions, the site isn’t meant to be experienced linearly but rather be discovered gradually—like finding Easter eggs, where accidentally clicking on images or text reveals something unexpected.
